The problem
Each new brand took about a day. Theming, naming, and a fresh build were repeated by hand, so a partner launch waited on that day of setup.
What I did
I designed a white-label Flutter architecture: one codebase, per-brand theming, and an automated build and branding pipeline. The shared product stayed in one place. A brand was configuration, not a fork.
The result
A new brand took about an hour for the web build and the APK, down from about a day. More than ten branded apps shipped from that single codebase.
